What is the return period for products?

Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

What conditions must be met for a return?

The item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories (if any). Proof of purchase or order confirmation is also required.

Which items are not eligible for return?

Used products, damaged items caused by misuse, products purchased during clearance or special sales (unless damaged or defective), and certain hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos as proof. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund without extra charges.

Do you offer product exchanges?
